Well, it is a bit of a stretch to say I've met my challenge of a painting a day. But at least I've finished the two pieces I've been working on all week. This is a big one! I could barely squeeze it in over our mantel! It's difficult to see the several shades of liquid gold leaf in this one. I think I'll try another shot tomorrow in morning light, might give a little more glint to the gold!
