Vitamin D and Catnip on a Sunny Saturday Morning

As I considered this morning’s musings, the sun was brilliant and the sky was irresistably blue. A perfect time for Jenna and I to head out for our dose of Vitamin D! One of our usual routes takes us past a tenacious little catnip plant that has somehow survived the aggressive weed spraying that still goes on around here. This tough little plant has provided many moments of wild feline abandon for Sydney and my daughter’s cat, Berlin. But I didn't pick any this morning, it seems just about dormant even though everything is still such a fabulous vibrant green. The kitties may have to wait until the spring for their guilty little pleasures.
